hello everyone, decided to cook oh a lovely dinner tonight, but as i've not been cooking a lot lately:eek: i've lost all inspiration, and am at work so can't go trawling through pages and pages at the moment! Any ideas for a tasty lowish in fat meal that's not chilli, spag boll or jacket potato's very much appreciated!!

Mixing up day

How to get smell from tuperware?
Hiya, After a weavil incident a few weeks back I decided to get plastic tubs for everything. I got a pack of pouring tubs for my cereal, gave them a hot soapy wash and they seemed fine. Freezing and Defrosting fruit?
I was just wondering if there are any fruits that don't freeze well. I think fruit should be frozen laid out on a tray and then transferred to a bag or tub, right? I am thinking of stocking up on certain fruit when on offer and freezing it, then defrosting as and when i want it or for use in smoothies.
