Lamb
I seem to cook hardly any lamb. Once a month we might have it as a roast, but even that doesn't taste nice cos I have to go for a cheaper joint. It seems more expensive than other meats, but are there certain cuts I could go for just so we eat more? I usually split my meals in to:- Quick for when we are late home, or at…

I wanna eat Velvet Crab
I want to know how to eat velvet crab. I've seen them on sale in Lidl but I've no idea how to eat therm. Their claws and legs look way too small to use in the normal way for Edible crab, the body is small too. I'm told they are popular in Spain and Portugal (We've a big Portuguese community in Norfolk) and now British…

Slowcooker advice - is this one worth getting?
Noticed on this weeks Co-op Specials leaflet that they have a 1.5L Hinari slowcooker for £6.99 Now, I know it's small, but as a first try I wondered if it would be worth getting? There are 5 of us (3 kids under 6), so I don't expect to get whole meals from it, but if I can just get a taste of that sort of cooking into…
