What to serve with rainbow trout?

Hi all,

I am making rainbow trout for dinner tonight it is baked in the oven with spinach, basil cherry toms and balsamic vinegar, i was just wondering what to servie it with, can't put pasta with it, think dauphinoise potatoes would be too much?

Help please have to go to tesco soon and geet all the stuff xxx

    What about chive mash? Thats what I serve with trout. Freshly mashed potatoes with butter and finely chopped chives through it
