My Slow Cookers Cracked up!
Is it safe? My porcerlain pot for my slow cooker has cracks all over the outside. The inside isn't showing any cracks. I really want you all to tell me it is ok but deep down i know i am going to have to get a new one. My big fear is that it will crack totally, leaking its contents into the inner section, shorting the…

Share your HM cards!
DD and I have decided to do more crafts this year. We've started with card kits that we each received in our stockings. We've enjoyed them, but don't have many ideas to make our own from scratch. We've found a few web sites which give ideas, but we'd love to see some of your creations, especially those which use items that…

Kenwood mincer attachment
Hi I have a Kenwood Chef which I use a lot for baking, but wondered about buying a mincer attachemnt. I don't eat meat, but do cook it for husband and 2 girls and don't like buying rubbish meat. Leftover garlic chicken
I cooked my chicken in the slow cooker, but it was one of Asda's garlic ones and after cooking for several hours in its own juice, the garlic taste was really strong and DH didn't like it. I have some left over, and don't really want to throw it away, but unless I can tone down the garlic a bit, I think it's destined for…
