Leftover garlic chicken

I cooked my chicken in the slow cooker, but it was one of Asda's garlic ones and after cooking for several hours in its own juice, the garlic taste was really strong and DH didn't like it.
I have some left over, and don't really want to throw it away, but unless I can tone down the garlic a bit, I think it's destined for the bin. Anyone got any suggestions ?

Chop it up, mix with mayonnaise and use as filling for wraps.0

Maybe making into a soup so that the garlic taste would be diluted.Debt free = December 2010...as of March 2006 it is now January 2010..... as of December 2008 it is now December 2009 :j hopefully sooner!!:jDEBT FREE:j January 2012, took longer but I got there, all by myself, through sheer hard work and pride!0

Either make butties with it or perhaps a curry? If you make your own curry up then just omit any extra garlic and it might even out? Quick curry recipe (much tastier and healthier than what you get out of a jar imho):
Fry off an onion until tender (also garlic if needed)
Add curry powders to taste
Add chicken until cooked (or heated up)
Add tin of chopped tomatoes and bring to boil
* If cooking this using raw meat (stewing steak or lamb) then leave this simmering for as long as needed to tenderise meat *
Take pan off the heat and add natural yoghurt - NOT LOW-FAT as this might make it curdle. I like my curries creamy so I tend to chuck a full tub of full fat greek yoghurt in but best thing to do is add it bit by bit and keep tasting it.
Bring back up to heat and your done! Just boil your rice and serve0 -

i would freeze it even if been frozen before cooking-always have done and im still here to tell the tale lol

Must admit, I've diced with death a few times on the culinary front, and lived to tell the tale.

you could do a stir fry when cookeed toss your stry fry with dressing with this dressing 2tbsp lime juice 2tbsp thai fish paste 2 tblsp sweet chilli sauce 1 tblsp olive oil mix well before adding to the stir fry or garlic chicken pasta bake0
