Claiming on car insurance with no MOT
Hiya, As the title says, can you claim on your insurance if the MOT has run out? I know it invalidates your insurance but i've been having a discussion with someone at work and she says you can still claim if the car has been stolen. I think she's wrong but i thought i'd ask here before i start with the told ya so's! TIA xx
