Since then i had noticed the account was still active.I called them to tell them and they told me they could see on…

Absolutely Fuming
Wonder if anyone here can advise. I had a contract with Orange, it was a month to month basis but I kept going over on data and the cost got higher each month. I called them to cancel the agreement, and they talked me into a super duper new yr long contract if I moved over to EE, which I did. My account was clear, nothing…

Vodaphone Eurotraveller Exception
I always use Vodaphone Eurotraveller whilst travelling Europe and find it usually very good, but this time i passed through Andorra (In Europe) and was there less than 20 hours, and incurred charges of £29.23p. so beware travellers just because a country is geographically in Europe, Vodaphone may not recognise this and you…

Desperate for help from Vodafone
I am posting this here in a desperate bid to attract attention from anyone from Vodafone who can help me. I had two contracts with Vodafone. I wanted to cancel one, and upgrade the other. What they did is upgrade one (correctly), and then cancel it 30 days later! And the one that should have been cancelled was still live!…

TalkTalk Excess Data Usage Charges
Hi. After a number of years of membership, this is my first post I think, but I was moved to do so by my recent experiences as a TalkTalk customer. I know transferring from say EE to 02 you get a code, but does that work transferring from/to the same…
