Sorry for silly question, but here goes.............when I delete texts I can't figure out if they are stored somewhere as 'deleted' so I can recover or re-read them. I could do this on my old £40 phone until I chose to delete the texts held under the deleted heading!
The only choices on this phone seems to be leave them rolling on like writing on a roll of wallpaper, or delete them permanently?
Have read the instruction book (all 72 pages) but can't find a clue. Only thing I can think of is not to have it set on 'conversation view'? I just want it to look tidier but not necessarily lose the texts altogether until I'm ready to permanently delete.

Seen it all, done it all, can't remember most of it.

My wife has one of these phones and she says that with ordinary text messages they are deleted completely when you delete them.0
