Vodaphone Eurotraveller Exception

I always use Vodaphone Eurotraveller whilst travelling Europe and find it usually very good, but this time i passed through Andorra (In Europe) and was there less than 20 hours, and incurred charges of £29.23p. so beware travellers just because a country is geographically in Europe, Vodaphone may not recognise this and you will incur Rest of the World Zone 2 charges. An absolute RIP Off.
