EE Undercharging me
I've had an EE/T-Mob contract for the past 4-5 years and about 6 months ago changed it to SIM only to save some money. Because of the loyalty bonus I was able to get a pretty good deal and I also have a friends and family discount on the account from a friend who works there. The problem is that they appear to have applied…

Vodafone have missold me a contract
I recently agreed a new contract with Vodafone that included a 20% line rental discount thanks to an employee discount scheme that Vodafone has with my employer. I would not have agreed the contract without this discount as I knew I could otherwise do better elsewhere. At the time I was told that the discount would…

Megadeals Spreadsheet
Hi Folks. I'm a newby here. Some time last year (I think), I signed up somehow to the megadeals spreadsheet for mobile deals. It was very helpful. I don't need the spreadsheet anymore, but the spreadsheet seems to be appearing daily in my google drive - and I can't remember how to turn it off. Any help appreciated. Thanks…

Three One Plan - Any point bargaining?
Hi all. I'm on the three One Plan and recently reached the end of a 12 month contract (£15/month but no free 0800 calls). I'm happy with the plan but was wondering, is there any point phoning up to try and get a discount? I wouldn't mind signing for another year but only if they can offer something better than what I…

A1comms (Buymobiles.net)
I'll try to keep this short. 18 year-old daughter bought a phone on a two-year contract with Orange last Feb online from buymobiles.net, largely because a free tablet was offered with the package. She is unwaged and living in a hostel. The cost was £35 a month and she had to use our home address which was where her bank…

Contract vs SIM Only
My contract is about to run out. I was considering having a SIM only contract and keeping my phone (Samsung S3 mini) as I have heard its cheaper in the long run to buy your own phone. However, mine is starting to lose charge quickly and I have heard that phones are not meant to last for more than two years. I've looked at…

Vodaphone changed my mobile number?
I have tried online, the online chat and the never-ending loop of trying to speak to an advisor. Now what can I do? I tried the ringback, which they did but by the time I got to the phone (two rings!!!) they had gone and it took me 10 minutes to get through the set-up to retrieve the message. Briefly, I ordered a new…

Are cheap chargers killing our phones?
According to this 'Dont Kill Your Phone' campaign from Electrical Safety First, dodgy phone chargers can cause: * Weak battery power * Explosion * Frying your phone. What does everyone think? I find the official chargers to be expensive but if its messing up the battery it would make me think twice about using a cheap one.

Phone broke in less than a week, Three not interested
Hi everyone! First post so forgive me if I'm in the wrong place. I was hoping to get some info on my partners rights. A week ago he received delivery of a new Sony as part of a new 24 month contract with Three. The nature of his job means he must leave his phone in his locker during shifts. Today, despite screen protectors…

Vodafone Customer Care
My iphone wouldn't turn on one day after 16 months of use. Apple say the phone has "failed" and that it would cost me £200 for a replacement.
