I had a contract with three that expired last week, hoping to transfer my number i asked for a PAC Code, i found a better deal with talkmobile but as i was buying it online they didnt give me an option to transfer my number and now i have an unused pac code and a new contract, which is going to cost me . What do I do to just cancel my contract with Three?

Can't you just call Talkmobile cs and give them your PAC code. It's what I did recently with Vodephone.0

Just call them and tell them that you wish to cancel. The fact that you got a PAC and haven't used it may leave you having to give another 30 days notice. If this is the case, it might be cheaper for you to pick up a free PAYG sim from another network, make the minimum topup and use the PAC to port your number to that PAYG sim. (You might not even need to make the minimum topup to port your number)
Once your number transfers, then you'll know that your account with 3 is definitely cancelled.0 -

Talk mobile only allow you to port in your number at the point of starting the contract (unless things have changed recently?)
There is definitely a place to do it online, but I guess the OP could have missed the option when signing up etc...0 -
