Skype data usage
Been using Skype for a while on my Nexus 7 tablet with my home wi.fi connection, so haven't been that worried about data usage. However now want to use it on my Z3 phone, which obviously has a higher res camera. What I am asking is, does the Z3 use a lot more data because of the higher spec camera ?

Which iphone?
I need a new phone and would like to buy an iphone outright. I like the 5s because it is a sensible size but would it make more sense to opt for the iphone 6 as it has better resale value? It's £69 more. Or would it be worth buying a higher GB 5s (32gb version) which is £499 but might have better resale value in a few…

Vodafone not informing of DD amount
Hi I've been a long standing customer of Vodafone, and for some stupid reason I still am. Today I've discovered that one phone, usually with a bill around £12.50 to £15, has a bill for £48. I am unable to access the bill for this phone online through My Vodafone, and have had long standing issues with Vodafone texting…

Number transfer
Do none of the networks actually transfer a number anymore? It seems as if a phone(sim card) keeps a number but the network adds your number over the top of it. Doesn't really make any difference apart from my Android smartphone wants to verify my number and always suggests the sim cards native number which I have to change

Pay as you go / cheapest 'first top up'
I need a new mobile phone number so I've been looking at sim-only PAYG deals (I don't need a handset) - the cheapest 'first top up' needed to activate the sim seems to be £10, I was wondering if there was any cheaper deals that anyone is aware of? Any info would be great! Thanks, Adam

Appalling vodafone customer service
My iphone 4s has been blacklisted by vodafone and they are not helping at all to get this blacklisting removed. It all started 3 weeks ago when I registered a new sim for my wife and it seems part of this process has got my handset blacklisted. Despite more than 10 calls, hours on the instant chat , visiting the nearest…

Can A Mobile Network Stop Renewing A Contract?
I've currently got a really good contract with Three, but it's come to an end and they no longer offer the deal. 2000 mins, 5000 texts, 5000 3 to 3 minutes and unlimited data and unlimited tethering for £15 a month. Does Three have the right to stop renewing the contract as it's currently on a 30 days rolling contract and…

moto E or Huawei Ascend Y550?
Decisions, decisions. My current old handset is on its last legs, so I'm in the market for a new Android phone. I like both of these phones, and on paper the Huawei is a better spec? I can get the Huawei for £50 (cpw upgrade price), or the Moto E for around £60 (Tesco, Argos etc). The Huawei is newly released in October,…

Looking to get very 1st Smartphone. Low user. Don't want PAYG.
So my wife & I have had our old PAYG mobile phones for about 8 years. They still work, just. But we want to update now. Neither of us are heavy users. Text very light. Really flippin unhappy with EE - need advice!
I've upgraded to EE from T-mobile Sept 2013. Bills since then have been extortionate, even though I am not a heavy user. Coverage has deteriorated rapidly the last few months, and my recent bill they charged me 4 times for a 7-day 1gb data add on as mysteriously I had used all my 1gb data in less than 3 weeks. I cant…

Iphone 4s, carphone warehouse?
I have an old iphone 3gs which I've been quite happy with but is now getting a little past its prime eg volume button broken off. I've seen the 4gs at CPW on talkmobile for £15 pm, but am wondering if having it locked to talk mobile is a bad thing given that it seems almost impossible to unlock at the end of the contract…

Best iPhone & iPad bundle for low usage user
Hello all, I'm hoping for some advice / tips for the best source of an iPhone (I'm not after the most recent iPhone 6 - older will be fine) ... maybe an iPhone 4 ... together with an iPad - again, not necessarily the latest. The phone is going to be mainly for low usage text & calls. The iPad will be okay with wi-fi only,…
