my daughter bought a contract phone from a hight street. she noticed the phone was not working after.3 days. they said shes either dropped it or squashed in somehow in her bag.there is no visual damage from being dropped.they showed her a slight crack on the screen which looks like a faint scratch. it still has a screen protector on it they told her she should have taken the insurance out but why would she :mad:when its still in the 14 day cooling off period.they told her the phone was ok when they sold it to her.she has 2 options she can pay for repair or pay the contract up
