hi I have been with 02 for over seven years, two months ago I up graded my second phone, and left my mine 02 offered me a phone contract at £17 per month I thought okay then I had to sign contract, ie did not read it, then they took my phone from 02 personal account to business account, now when I try to talk them my security questions are wrong and they wont talk to me I have to send a letter which takes about three weeks before they answer, I am just about to cancel the whole lot and go else where just waiting for a reply as its a 36 month contract would I have to pay that, to cancel it thanks for reading, they subed out my phone to airtime solutions

I understand were you are coming from but when you take out any contract you are supposed to read it before you sign-up.

You said you tried to contact them what about going into a o2 shop and seeing if they can help you also take some ID with you to show who you are.

Don't just cancel the contract you will be billed for the remainder of it
and don't just cancel your direct-debit because you will muck up your credit score.
