Skype data usage

Been using Skype for a while on my Nexus 7 tablet with my home wi.fi connection, so haven't been that worried about data usage.
However now want to use it on my Z3 phone, which obviously has a higher res camera.
What I am asking is, does the Z3 use a lot more data because of the higher spec camera ?

Be aware that Skype uses quite a bit of data (pun intended). Over the past 5 days Skype has used 120 MB of cellular data on my phone. In that time I've made voice calls lasting 41 minutes and Skype has been running in the background around 16 hours per day.0 -

If you're still going to use it when on wifi - there still won't be any data charges...so wouldn't worry

As far as i know Skype uses more Data then Viber and whatsappWhat happens if you push this button?0
