Anyone cancelled Orange in Wriiting?
Orange have told me that daughter must phone them on 450 to cancel her contract which is costing £85 pm. They know she no longer has a phone or orange number as I reported it stolen. She is currently in Vietnam and I managed to get a new iPhone out to her for which she bought a Vietnamese Sim card so cannot ring 450.…

Charge for Itemisation
I have a great deal with EE and I'm very happy with their customer service. However, every month there's a couple of quid over and above the basic charge. I don't know what the extra charges are and I don't want to pay £1.50 a month to find out! I suspect it's a couple of 0845 calls, or sometimes "Orange Wednesdays" at the…

Advice needed on cancelling Tesco phone
Hello all, hope someone can help. I signed up for a 2 year contract with Tesco Mobile in June 2013 with a Samsung handset. I paid a bit more for data because that was my real need, not calls. I found that the data reception was erratic and that the network reception indicator bore no relation to the ability to get a signal…

Xperia Z Nightmare
Hi all, This is my first post, so please be gentle! I got an Xperia Z on a 2yr contract from Virgin in Sept 2013. Within two months the phone was bricked, through no fault of my own. It was a manufacturing fault and it apparently happened to many XZ owners. After many months of dispute with Virgin they finally agreed to…

Problem with Three & Samsung
Could I ask what my options may be regarding a long running problem I'm having with Samsung and the three network. Since then I've had no end of problems with the handset…

PAYG for MiFi
I have a MiFi which I use rarely. Typically for 2-3 day periods when I'm away from home 2-3 times a year. I use it with my laptop or tablet. I used to use a Samba mobile SIM, but they are now dead in the water. What is the best alternative? I don't like the plans where the data allowance expires after 30 days, I just want…

Giffgaff - sensible to have moved?
I joined giffgaff last month and purchased their £12 bundle which expired a few days ago. This bundle deal I see is being rejigged (soonish I suppose) and there's lots of fuss about it.... anyhow I didn't get "proper value" buying this bundle so I doubt I will buy it in the future (especially as it looks like the new deal…
