Their website is certainly a joke. Just joined as new customer. Huh, what a mistake that was. Trying to enter personal details. Just keeps reloading/refreshing. On Chrome, Internet explorer and even Ipad. Impossible to type anything.

Working ok for me, but it looks like there are some problems, mostly in the south east. See: http://downdetector.co.uk/problems/30

The website is up and running and looks fine... until you try and input/change anything, like address details, email etc. Then it just refreshes, reloads ad infinitum. You can even watch it happening on the ISP address panel at the top of the page. Most peculiar...0

I couldn't top up my phone yesterday on the website but it worked via 444.
