How do I change from contract to PAYG?
Hi! I'm wanting to change my O2 contract, to an O2 pay as you go. I've got my PAC number from them, but I'm not sure what to do now. Do I ring O2 up and give them the PAC number and they can change it over, or do I need to get a new sim card first? I'm looking at their simplicity plans, but I'm not sure what to do. I use a…

Orange calls to voicemail iphone network problem
Hi, I have an iphone and baout 80% of calls go direct to voicemail. Apparently due to the Orange network being overloaded and they can not cope. Suggestion is to turn off 3G as its when you are on 3G that calls are often given low priority compared to data so if the network is busy they got to voicemail prompting an…

However in July my bill indicates a limit of 500mb data download rather than showing unlimited. I feel I have been fobbed off as 3 keep referring to…

There seems to be no limit on the number of times you can do this; I've done so twice. Calls at any time to any landline or…
