TeleDiscount - Cheap International Calls Number changed!

I've had the following number (09115011150) saved in my mobile phone for years and this month it seems that the number has changed.
Subsequently, I now have a really really high mobile phone bill!
Is there anything I can do? Who's fault is it? Mine?
Is it possible to get a refund from my mobile operator or the cheap call provider?
Any ideas?

Your issue I'm afraid (but I suspect you realised that already) - unless you have a specific contract with your 'cheap call provider'. If you do have a contract with them, you could always argue that they should have informed you about the number change - other than that, you're on your own.
Certainly nothing that your mobile provider has done to warrant refunding you anything. (But I think you already know this too)0 -
If your making intl calls via a premium rate number from your mobile you must have money to waste.
Try using someone like http://www.18185.co.uk/mobilerates.php via their 020 access number which will come out of your inclusive minutes if you have any.0 -
I'll just keep trying to fight it with TeleDiscount and/or Vodafone....see if I get anywhere.
If you call this number right now (09115011150) you'll hear the message ...'Calls cost 15p/min bla bla bla'
Thanks anyways.0
