Is this damp?
Recently spotted the patches in a corner of a room, seems like small mould circles and also right in the corner I popped my head out the window and can see guttering around/above the area. I suspect it could be related to overflowing guttering that needs replacing. Any advice?

Hello! We have not long been in our new house and want to plumb in our new washing machine. The printed marks on the pipe suggest it is 43mm.…

changing Skirting after Carpet is down
Hi all (again) When we moved into our property we had pretty much every room reskimmed except the upstairs Landing- in hindsight this was a mistake. Gaps in sliding quadrant shower doors - faulty installation or doors?
My bathroom fitter installed a Hudson Reed apex quadrant shower enclosure on what he assures me is a level shower tray. Levelling floor before laminate fitted
I need to prep a floor ready for laminate flooring to be installed. The floor is in 2 sections, as it was previously a dining room and a coal shed that has had the diving wall knocked down.
