roof tile vent Inline extractor fan

Hi All,
I recently had a roof tile vent and inline extractor fan fitted as the bathroom does not have a window.
In the bathroom is a standard extractor fan ceiling leading to the inline extractor fan in the loft.
Sould the bathroom just have had a vent fitted?
So at present I have 2 extractor fans 1 in the bathroom and 1 in the loft. When light is switched on they both come on.
Is this ok or should i get someone to come in and remove the bathroom extractor fan and fit in a vent.
Are there any benefits having borth fans?

You just want the a vent in the bathroom; not another fan.1

Have seen an inline fan which was fitted to an existing ceiling extractor fan but the ceiling extractor fan had its motor and electrical parts safely removed
There are always alternative ways do doing things but i would consider items below.
Really need an item called a ceiling air valve or named similar, they are usually round

Or this square item
https://www.toolstation.com/square-ducting-louvred-grille-154-x-154mm/p95425
The two above items have a 100mm spigot to connect the flexi duct to the inline fan, That screwfix grille is not suitable.
Good luck

Is there anything 'wrong' with having two fans running, tobesure tobesure?
