Damaged black fragranite sink
I used One Stop drain unblocker in my kitchen sink. Poured it carefully but it regurgitated, splashing into sink and taking black colour off in random splash marks. Anyone got any ideas for restoring colour with any sort of "product"?

Damp proof course, replace bricks or render with cement?

problems with newly painted ceiling
Had Ceiling plastered and used Dulux sealer. On a hot day painted homebase emulsion and since painted x2 coats of dulux. finish is ok but looks streaky is certain light. dripping tap..changed washers..
but that is not the problem. I have to use a cloth to get good grip to "turn off" the taps so tightly to stop the drip, is there a way of adjusting the taps to make the drips stop applying normal "turn-off" force..thanks to anyone with tips !
