problems with newly painted ceiling

Had Ceiling plastered and used Dulux sealer. On a hot day painted homebase emulsion and since painted x2 coats of dulux. finish is ok but looks streaky is certain light. Rub one ceiling down and repainted with Dulux which improved it, but not perfect.

Was thinking of trying Dulux trade and a roller with a thicker pile

Can anyone offer any advice?

Thanks!

    Try a better quality paint,

Dulux Trade:eek: no better than Homebase cheap crap.
