Plastering - ball park figure pls?

Hi all
I know people hate these posts but I really need to budget for this as it's one of a chain of jobs, and none of the people I've asked to come in and quote me are free till the middle of the month. So I'll be really grateful of any guidance.
We want to have our living room, 12ft by 12ft, re-plastered. This needs to be to a high standard as we don't intend to put up any wallpaper.
We have stripped the walls ourselves and while I've seen worse, bits are in a bit of a mess because of earlier woodchip wallpapering. There are a few holes, gaps and a bit under the window that doesn't look entirely vertical...
We've had one plasterer recommended to us and told he does 'reasonable' rates so I'm trying to figure out an average price for this job.
What should we be putting aside?

Hi, if its just skimming i'd charge £350 for a room that size.
Worcestershire area.0 -
That's great - thank you! We're in London so I wouldn't be surprised if they add on another 50 to 100 quid, but we may be lucky with a recommendation.
Thanks again

£300-400 sounds about right (i know that's a bit of a wide ball park ) - if you have lots of windows or doors leading in / out of the room you may pay a touch more.0

my lounge is twice as long as yours. a complete skim inc the ceiling, was 650 quid.
(inc some small extra work).
in london you can double that price.Get some gorm.0
