It's going on a brand new screed that has a double layer of DPM and insulation underneath, so nothing is getting through that. DGI and cavity wall insulation?
I have been contacted by a company called Domestic& general insulation regarding cavity wall insulation and they did the survey. they quoted £430 after grant discount for the 4 bedroom house. Do people think this is a reasonable quote? any feedback about the company!!

Tiny Cloakroom Basin Taps!!
I'm trying to replace a plastic straight connector, because its started to leak. For the god of me I cannot fit a normal tap spanner under the tiny cloakroom basin. If anyone knows what I should be using to undo the connector please I will be so grateful. Many thanks R
