Milk stain from a pushchair?

I have a horrid milk stain on my sons pushchair, and I'm not even sure which to tackle first....fairy liquid, jet wash, detergent.....

Any ideas?

I found fairy liquid good at getting most stains out. Although most pushchairs these days have removable washable covers so see if the cover comes off and shove it in the machine
