Sliding Door - Track Length

This may seem like a completely stupid question - but here goes...
I'm planning on having some built in wardrobes made. I want to buy two sliding doors, and the track - then I'll hopefully get a joiner to make the frame and build shelving etc inside.
The standard Homebase door widths are 610mm and 914mm. As the space I have is 2m wide, I'll be looking for 2x914mm.
Now here's my question - the track is sold in lengths 1803 and 2692. Will 1803 be enough for 1828mm worth of doors (i.e. do they overlap) or do I have to buy the larger one and cut it down?
Thanks, in advance

Why are you having 2 doors of 914 when you have 2000mm of opening? There will be a gap of nearly 7 inches. The doors wont meet. You would be better off with three 610mm doors.Eat vegetables and fear no creditors, rather than eat duck and hide.0

The space in which the wardrobes will be built is 2m - I assume that the joiner will only make an opening the width of the doors. And the reason I'm going for 2, is that if I have 3, the maximum width that can be open at any time will be 60cm, so I thought it might be better to just have the 2 at 90cm each.0 -
Oh. You didn't explain that. But if you had a triple runnimng treack you could have 1200mm open at any one time! Od get a 1803 running set and get the joiner to put a blanking piece on each end to bring the width in.Eat vegetables and fear no creditors, rather than eat duck and hide.0

Ah, triple running track! Didn't know such a thing existed - but not a bad idea.
So doors totaling 1828 or 1830mm can still work on a track only 1803 long though?0 -

There will be an overlap to ensure that there is not a visible gap. I would imagine that if that is the sizes that they sell then somebody who gets a paid a lot of money to measure such things has carried out numerous scientific experimants and discovered that 1803 mm is the precise length required for 2 910mm doors. You will be fine with that length depending on what the fitter will be using to fill the 197mm left.0
