Who Owns the fence??
We have a hedge in between us and our neighbour and it is looking thread bear and messy so we'd like to put a fence in between us. Is there a ruling of who owns the fence if nothing is mentioned in the deeds? Someone said to me that they'd heard if you face your house, you own the fence/hedge on your left? Is this true? Or…

Non slippery leather
Hi all. I have just had the seats of my Cruiser motorcycle (Intruder 800cc) covered with real leather and have just found that i slide on my new seat a lot more than i did when it was covered in man-made material. Could you recommend a treatment that will nourish the leather as well as remedy the problem? Many thanks.

Double Glazing in Wimbledon
Hi Can anyone recommend a good company for double glazing in the Wimbledon area? We have Everest coming round to give us a quote next week but I am cautious given their reputation of "bully boy" sales techniques! I am also cautious of small companies given the current economic climate, if they go bust we will lose our…
