Connecting a Electric oven & hob

Can anyone advise how much I should expect to pay a electrician to connect & fit a electric oven & hob??
Comet want £58.75 but no idea if this is reasonable or not??!

Doesn't seem that unreasonable to be honest particularly if they do it when its delivered. £60 doesn't go far with any trade so unless you know an electrician (or have one thats recommended) I'd just pay it.0

When you have paid comet you might need an Electrician anyway,They only "connect up" The supply needs to be right to start with.OH THE JOYS OF BEING SELF-EMPLOYED!! Can Travel,Will Work For Free!0

Do you already have a cooker point fitted? I would guess the comet price won't run in new cables for you if not.
If you already have a cooker point, its actually a very easy job to connect (no more difficult than wiring a plug). You might know somebody that could do it for you?0
