unblocking a toilet
hiyas, weve moved house and the toilet seems to be blocked. every so often it fills to the top of the bowl then goes down, weve tried bleach, pouring caustic soda down and a rod thing. it seems the blockage is after the u bend bit so things like sink etc unblocker arent much good. any advice anyone pls??
