Shower making a High Pitch Noise When On

Curtain poles, plaster board walls!
Bought a new build house and bought some curtain poles to put up. All went well in the first bedroom but in the second bedroom the walls are plasterboard with a gap then onto breeze blocks. Am I ok to use the standard rawlplugs that came with the pole or do I need to buy something special?
