You could try WD40 might work.
Failing that cellulose thinners will get it off no problems.0 -
You could try cif and a soft cloth.0

Best thing for removing marker pen from any glossy surface is hairspray not the posh sticky stuff, just the old fashioned cheapo laquer, give the upvc a little squirt in a concealed spot to make sure it doesn't burn it, if not a quick squirt and a wipe with a cloth should do the trick.Four guns yet only one trigger prepare for a volley.Together we can make a difference.0

DON'T USE THINNERS - it'll melt the plastic, possibly.
The Cif idea is ok, but best to claen all the plastic & the glaass too, is Mer car polish. Halfords or most car part places

Buckfast tonic wine has apparently been used to remove graffiti in a shopping centre in Paisley....personally think it was used as an excuse by the cleaner when it was found by her boss!0

Slinkies target 2018 - another 70lb off (half way to what the NHS says) so far 25lb0 -
I find that T-Cut (the same stuff you use to remove paint runs and scuffs from car paintwork) works well. Test on a small, inconspicuous area first though.0

If you have permanent marker on a dry wipe board it can be removed by drawing over the mark with a white baorsd marker and rubbing off - worth a try.:beer:0

High percentage alcohol will get it off. Something like surgical spirit and it shouldn't damage the uPVC but do a patch test first. I use permanent markers in my lab on glassware and platics all the time and we use 70% alcohol to remove it0

Lemon juice can soften graffiti before washing off ... not sure how this would work on upvc but should be ok. Test on a small inconspicuous area."I hear and I forget. I see and I remember. I do and I understand." — Confucius0
