My family and I travelled to Menorca with Thomas Cook (package) in 2010. Our flight home was delayed by approx 10 hours during which time we were provided with 1 'meal' each. Complaints to CCA a waste of Time
Seems the CAA is a waste of space, I submitted my claim in Oct 12 with the normal email response back, but this is the only response, all further requests meet with we have a backlog and you cannot get through on the phone they will not answer you. I guess its just impossible to claim.
