Where's Flightmole gone??

Hello
I am asking on behalf of myself and also another person that are using Flightmole to pursue a claim.
Has anybody had any response from them lately ?? 2 Emails have been sent in a month and no response or acknowledgement emails in return !!
Would like to know if
A) They still exist !
Our claims are still being pursued ??

I sent them an email at the start of September and also the start of October but still no reply - did you find out if they are still trading? (They are processing a claim for me).0
