No joy what do I do next

Hi just got a letter back from Virgin Atlantic saying the delay was out of there control it was delayed for a whole day if it had been for bad weather or trouble abroad then I could accept that but it was a technical problem which is totally within there control is there anything else I can do.

    try reading the Virgin delay thread, many on there will have had the same response and you can see what action they are taking (the 'what next' question is also covered in the FAQs)
