Complaints to CCA a waste of Time

Seems the CAA is a waste of space, I submitted my claim in Oct 12 with the normal email response back, but this is the only response, all further requests meet with we have a backlog and you cannot get through on the phone they will not answer you. I guess its just impossible to claim. :mad:
