Bulb Vari-Fare Cheap Energy Club MSE deal Dec/Jan
Hi I can't find any evidence on my emails but I remember this cheap energy club switching deal including £50 cash back. I have received a £25 cash back and wondering if/when I will get the other £25 and how. Did anyone else take out this deal in late Dec/Early Jan? Was it definitely £50 as I wouldn't have done the switch…

Utilita quote
MSE's switch cost projection for Utilita, saving me several hundred pounds, is not reflected in the quote that Utilta's website offers. In fact, their quote is more expensive than my current supplier Ebico. Ether way, I will have more than a 100% increase in my energy bill.

Which switch takes priority?
On 12th March I switched my electricity supply from Brilliant Energy to Bulb. This was confirmed by Brilliant via email and also by Bulb who gave me a start date of 2nd April. Storage Heaters vs 9-5 job
I'm moving soon to a flat which seems to be economy 7 and storage heaters I work a 9-5 job and its up to 1 hour commute With that in mind I'm worried that I will get no benefit for storage heaters- that they will just heat the house when I'm out. So could do with opinions on the follow ideas 1. Buy some electric oil…

2 Meters - Bulb
I've just applied to move from Scottish Power (3 rate all electric) to Bulb as they're much cheaper. Bulb however sent me the following email and are charging me for 2 supplies/meters even tho' SP only charged for 1 and although 2 supplies I have just 1 meter! This significantly reduces the financial advantage of the move.…

Hello, I have just received my confirmation letter about this. It says "We'll be in touch to check your home is suitable to fit smart meters. If it is we'll book you an appointment." Switching whilst in Debit
Hi I have made my final payment on a fixed tariff and the first payment outside of this isn’t due until April Can I switch now or do I have to pay off what I’m in debit (<£200) to the account, even though it’s not due to be paid yet? (I don’t consider a bill etc a ‘debt’ unless it’s due/past due payment - tell me if I’m…

switched supplier but OFTM dispute the reading
I switched energy supplier on 14/12/18 from OFTM to BULB and was told to expect my final bill by 25/01/19. This hasn't happened and as I was in hospital over Xmas and the new year I didn't login to the OFTM site to see if they had produced a bill. On 16/2/19 I logged on and found that my credit had gone down from £62…

Where to find out the law that states a provider must provide accurate bills with accurate informati
Hi, for 3.5 months last year, I was responsible for 2 properties. One was empty whilst being renovated. The provider firstly lost one of my bills, and put unexplained charges on, then managed to totally scramble my bills back and forth between the two, and eventually recorded my actual final readings as estimated. I worked…
