Hello,
I have just received my confirmation letter about this.
It says "We'll be in touch to check your home is suitable to fit smart meters. If it is we'll book you an appointment."
I thought this tariff was not conditional on having a smart meter.
Please could someone confirm that if I refuse a smart meter I will still remain on this tariff?

Hello mkcj and happy to confirm gsmlnx's post - thanks gsmlnx.
Our Fix 2 Year MSE Collective Feb 19 isn't conditional on having smart meters. Not sure why you've received a letter about smart meters as this is definitely not part of this tariff or included in the Terms and Conditions.
