Just been on a comparison site. Scottish Power Online Energy Saver 20 has "no cancellation charges." But Scottish Power Online Fixed Price Energy November 2013 has "no termination fees." Is that the same thing?

If the Gas dial spins at the correct speed... Or the Electric counter counts correctly? I mean the Gas/Leccy man can say its fine but that is no guarantee. At least with a phone bill it's itemised.
