Just been on a comparison site.

Scottish Power Online Energy Saver 20 has "no cancellation charges."
But Scottish Power Online Fixed Price Energy November 2013 has "no termination fees."

Is that the same thing?

    Yes. A better phrase would be 'no early termination charges'
