£ Reclaim for those with Night/Day readings
I thought forumites would be pleased to hear that Scottish Power have admitted that everyone in my building were being overcharged ie on the wrong tariff, as we have two sets of electricity readings. I've been credited with £750 for a 2 year period. It apparently affects lots of other people in newbuilds (ours was built in 2004).
Please be polite to OPs and remember this is a site for Claimants and Appellants to seek redress against their bank, ex-boss or retailer. If they wanted morality or the view of the IoD or Bank they'd ask them.

anyone thinking that they may be due to a refund on eco 7 meters, beware, I see a large number of eco 7 meters in my area, S. Yorks, being billed transposed readings where the occupier is getting the electric much cheaper due to day units billed as night units. Dont trust the meter readers, or utilities to get it right, they are hopeless.0

Yep, that region is famous for the "yellow sticker" issue.
Remember the old ones that had to be transposed in the office per agreement from "the good old days" then new management in the DC forgot and they all had to be swapped out to stop it ever again?:rotfl: It's better to live 1 year as a tiger than a lifetime as a worm...but then, whoever heard of a wormskin rug!!!:rotfl:0
