Hi all yesterday i thought id check my gas meter due to be using a hell of a lot of gas recently to find out my prepayment meter is set to the wrong tarriff. currently being charged on two tarriffs 1= 8.748 per unit kwh and 2= 4.029 per unit kwh with no standing charge. gas boiler mis-sale by british gas.
My new boiler should have had £400.00 taken off the price according to british gas advertiding, the rep. gave me a load of waffle & told me it was not off my new boiler, I am not happy about this at all. Has anyone else experianced this & what can be done about it. I value your views.:mad:
