No bill from Npower
Despite several phone calls and emails I have not had a bill (dual fuel) from Npower for almost 12 months . Had an email in December requesting meter reading, duly sent, no bill. Had meter changed in May, gave meter reading, still no bill. Very fed up.

The Scottish Power direct 2012 price sheets states: For domestic ScottishPower Direct October 2012 Offer customers prices effective from 7th June 2011. Help please
My mum is an OAP. She switched gas and electric suppliers. The old supplier sent her a statement saying she had overpaid by £200. Then later sent her a statment saying there had been an error and she owed £400 (£200 in their favour plus the £200 they had sent to her. Then they said they would waive the bill, on the 'phone,…

Another large bill thread...
Hello, My housemate and I just go hit with our first bill since late last September and it's come in at an alarming £2600 (£800 for gas, £1800 for electricity). It covers Oct 2010 to June 2011. We did receive an estimated bill a week or two beforehand that was £1100 but we thought we may as well provide them with accurate…

Coop and a phantom £50 discount
I'm in the process of switching my gas supply to the Co-op. There's £50 cashback (in the form of a credit on your first bill). It's just occurred to me that, with a fixed monthly direct debit, I might never see this £50 in the flesh. My monthly DD will just go out as normal and after a year I'll still be £50 in credit,…

A utility company that answers the phone?
At the end of last year I switched from British Gas to EDF Energy but although the electricity move was smooth, the gas has proved a problem. How quickly do Scottish Power refund credit balances?
We'll be moving away from Scottish Power due to their recently announced price rises and our online tariff coming to an end. When we leave them at the end of July, we will be something like £350 in credit. How quickly, and by what means, can we expect them to refund this money to us? Thanks.

Electricity bill for 2 bedroom flat...
I own a 2 bedroom ground floor flat with my girlfriend which is completely powered by electric (no gas). We have been with Eon for about 2 years and we are currently paying £84 per month which I feel is overpriced for what we use. We both have 9-5 jobs during the week so we are only using appliances such as the oven,…

LCD Displays. How much?
An appliance with an LCD display. Oven, microwave, etc. How much does that display cost to run over, say, a year? And, yes, I do realise that remembering to switch it off at the mains and/or unplug it means it will cost nothing.
