calculators including standing charge?
I went onto one of the comparison sites, an although the savings were there (about £121 for gas), the standing charge for this other company was nearly double. Is this still reflected in the savings? The explanation of the calculator doesn't mention including standing charges in it's calculations (Energyhelpline) Thanks!!

Do you get paper bill or by email? I just wonder as whilst trying to switch I have the option of paper bill or email? With SP, I get a discount if I do it online, not sure whether it is the same with EDF? Paper bill will be better for hubby who hates using the computer. Thanks

EDF switch from online saver to fixed saver
We are currently on EDF Online Saver v9. There is a cancellation fee of £60 "if you switch away" before June 2012 or something. We would like to switch to EDF Fixed Saver v2. Will we be charged the cancellation fee on the previous tariff, or doesn't it count because we'd be staying with EDF? Answers on a postcard. Thanks.
