Only BG and sse do not charge an IGT cost, however their gas costs are some of the dearest. It is generally £42 a year. Npower include the IGT charge in the unit rate costs, Eon it is just shown as an IGT on each quarterly statement of £10.50, unsure how EDF and Scottish Power deal with them, but they both charge them. Ther comp sites do not include the IGT charge. In the blurb about the tariff and company you are considering they will often mention what the IGT charge is.0

Neil9313 - I was hoping for a definite list not referral to other posts. Of couse I can use search for old posts but I wanted up to date info. No thanks from me to you.
Seems to me that the IGT is a significant sum and as far as I can see the comparison sites dont make it clear in their results which suppliers include and which do not. That makes the comparison sites pretty useless.
Who are SSE?
None of the suppliers are £40 less than British Gas so I'm off to them.0 -
