Do you get paper bill or by email? I just wonder as whilst trying to switch I have the option of paper bill or email? With SP, I get a discount if I do it online, not sure whether it is the same with EDF? Paper bill will be better for hubby who hates using the computer. Thanks

You can choose whether to be paperless or not. The options are email or paper

You have the option yer. But this is EDF and they decide what type of bill you will get each quarter by picking your name out of a hat.

Last bill I had was paper. 2 bills before that were online. The first quarter was also a paper bill so Im running at 50/50.

I still get all my discounts so aint really bothered which way it goes. Its the final total that interests me.
Credit card and overdraft at 18. 2 loans and 3 storecards at 20. University education flushed down the toilet through debt at 22. Car finance at 23. Car repossessed at 24. Rock bottom at 25. Learnt my lesson 26-33. Now 34 with a mortgage on an affordable house, a car paid for with cash and a bank account in credit. I learnt the hard way.

    I wanted online billing.

They advertised the online product as such.

They don't have a working system even though it's over 7 months since I signed up.

The paper bills were wrong. i.e. wrong tariff.

    It hasn't been a good experience.:o
