i live in a flat, changed to edf, bill is 437 pound quarterly?

we have storage heaters but they havent been on in months? how do i know if its right? i emailed them and they said its because of storage heaters or hot water? this is an absolute joke and i really cant afford this?? :mad: what can i do???

    Have you read your bill against your meter to establish if it is correct? It's the kWh consumption that matters, not the amount of the bill.
    Is the bill based on actual or estimated readings?
    Immersion heater left on 24/7 maybe?
    No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)

    When you switched from your old supplier to EDF, they at some point in the process asked for meter readings, and at that time advised you of the switch date - Have EDF started their bill with readings you gave, and do they match those on the Final Bill from your old supplier
