Before contacting NPower, make sure you are very familar with the rules for backbilling.

Don't ring them (or even rely on a forum contact) make any contact in writing (& preferably by recorded delivery) with a view to then being able to rely on the back billing rules backfoot refers to if they continue to fail to bill you.0
