how do I calculate % increase?
Last year my quarterly bill was £158.55 and this year my quarterly bill is £194.21. How do I calculate the % increase? I can sort of work it out by using excel but there must be an easier way than having a column of percentages from 1 to 100% and downward filling until I get matching figures? I get 22.4%

Eon 3 year old bill!
i switched energy provider in May 2008, and have just received the final bill from Eon, three years later! Is this still a valid period to claim., I spoke to my new provider who said most bills after 2 years are written off. ANyone else encountered this
