New to EDF
Switched to EDf last tuesday got my letter this morning. I have registered my account online but got the message that no active account found. Been reading before that some customers have problems registering their account online. May be it is a bit too early and it has not been set up yet. The switch will take 4 - 6 weeks so I understand I do not need to do anything but wait and I also assumed that EDF has contacted SP regarding the switch? Thanks

I signed up last November and still haven't got an online account.
They are 'migrating' to a new system so many customers are in a similar position.
I am migrating my account to a new supplier.0 -
Been with EDF for 12 months now. Had no troubles with inline billing until the new system. Now will not accept my meter readings regularly, so I have to email them to customer services. Plus they email me to say your bill is available to view but just gives you a plain page !!!! Asked customer services to email me a copy of the bill so I can check it and print it off but nothing - so off to a different supplier. Had been ok, but cant recommend at the mo.!!!0
